Sig Sauer P365 Fuse vs. My Compact Carries: Glock 19, XMacro, & Walther PDP-F
If you’re in the market for a compact concealed carry weapon (CCW) or just love geeking out about handguns like I do, you’re in for a treat! Today, we’re diving into the Sig P365 Fuse and putting it head-to-head with some of my other favorite carry options, including the Sig P365 XMacro, Glock 19, and Walther PDP-F. Here’s what we’re covering:
My first impressions of the Sig P365 Fuse after putting 250 rounds through it.
How it stacks up in terms of concealability.
A quick rundown of the specs compared to my other CCWs.
Cost and what’s included in the box.
Let’s get started!
First Impressions: 750 Rounds Later
Shooting the Sig P365 Fuse felt eerily similar to my first time with the Sig XMacro—but better. Here’s why:
Barrel Length: The longer barrel on the Fuse gives me a more secure grip, especially since I have slightly larger hands for a female shooter. The additional length just feels right.
Enhanced Serrations: The deeper slide serrations make racking the slide easier and more consistent, even with sweaty hands or gloves.
Flared Mag-Well: Reloads? A breeze. The mag-well design is subtle but makes a big difference when you’re under pressure.
Overall, I walked away from the range feeling confident and impressed.
Concealability: Slim Yet Sturdy
Concealability is one of the most critical aspects of any CCW, and the Sig P365 Fuse doesn’t disappoint—well, mostly.
Thin Profile: At just 1.1 inches wide, it hugs your body and stays out of sight under most outfits.
Size: That said, the Fuse is slightly larger than what I personally prefer for warmer months. If you’re comfortable concealing a larger firearm and want something versatile enough to double as a duty pistol, this might be your perfect match.
Magazine Options: The Fuse comes with both a 21-round and a 17-round steel magazine, giving you plenty of firepower in a slim package.
Cost and What’s in the Box
For $699.99 (let’s call it $700), here’s what you get:
Two 21-round steel magazines.
One 17-round steel magazine.
*Note this price is subject to change depending on where you purchase
Considering the build quality, versatility, and capacity, this price feels fair—but it’s worth noting that aftermarket support is also strong for Sig firearms, so customization options are vast.
Specs Comparison: Sig P365 Fuse vs. the Competition
Let’s put the Fuse alongside three other CCWs I’ve used: the Sig XMacro, Glock 19, and Walther PDP-F.

Final Thoughts
The Sig P365 Fuse is an excellent addition to Sig’s lineup and a fantastic option for those who need a compact, versatile CCW with serious capacity. Its slim profile, upgraded features, and shootability make it a standout—but it’s worth considering how it fits your unique concealment needs and preferences.
Would I carry it daily? Maybe, but I’d likely rotate it with something smaller during the summer. Either way, it’s a winner for the range and beyond.
